Victor Langlois, a 19-year-old transgender artist, has made $50 million selling his NFT artwork in just over a year. But What is NFT
Non-fungible tokens, or NFTs, are cryptographic tokens with a unique identification code and metadata that exist on a blockchain and cannot be replicated. NFTs work similarly to communicators or information tokens, but unlike cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum, they are not fungible or interchangeable. NFTs, according to their supporters, provide a public certificate of authenticity or proof of ownership.
